i think some of the report, reference consist of 5/100 percent... 

quite heavy actually

UTeM is going to organize a Spring Festival, and this time it's going to have a drama-style, call persiaran xian feng, which mean that a china emperor go out from castle and the life outside the castle, during this incident, lot of the thing happen.. and someone want to kill him.. will him survive from it?? and the incident happen... his love... the action... the homour and lot lot...

this drama also mainly intro the China Traditional during 1st day of CNY until 15th day of CNY... wat are those tradition. beside, we also put in some cultural performance like lion dance, dragon dance, 24 seasons drum, er hu, chinese traditional dance, kung fu and also face changing (bian nian) to make this drama more happening...

wat are u waiting for???

recently (January)... a new 1 Malaysia clinic is open at station 18 ther...

how to get into it??

ther is lot of the sign board ther....

have a look...

it's the shoplet area beside tesco ther..

opposite the shoplet of pasabina... 

then the environment..

still quite ok la..

but i think need to wait lo...

*RM 1 only woo.. many ppl go lo...

the operation time is from 10am -10pm..

 the fee is just RM 1 !!!

but then.. 
1Malaysia clinics will go on operating without doctors. 
so only suggest to go ther when it's just a small cases...

if not.. go private better..

...

so if just normal cough or flu is no problem la..

but if serious..

Melaka Gadek Hot Spring

oh.. after a CNY BBQ party..

Satay Kajang ~ not bad.. but not the best ~

while on the way from melaka back ipoh...

go kajang for having a satay...

coz heard lot of time satay kajang is nice..

when reach ther..

1st time use the machine for parking...

put in at least 50 sens.. for 1 hour..

then it will issue a parking card for u...

hahaha

and the shop just opposite of my parking...

heard that is the most famous in Kajang...

the sauce.. look a bit disgusting..

MALACCA: Barely two months after its grand launch to mark Malacca’s developed state status, the city’s RM15.9mil monorail line has ground to a halt owing to a host of problems.

Launched on Oct 20, the monorail has been idle for a month after developing problems with its wheels and software system.

The China-made monorail line, spanning 1.6km from Taman Rempah in Pengkalan Rama to Kampung Bunga Raya Pantai along the Malacca River, is part of the state’s aim to tap the potential of the river as a tourist attraction.

Project under scrutiny: The monorail line is part of Malacca’s aim to tap the potential of the river as a tourist attraction.

Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Ali Rustam had launched the system to mark the recognition of Malacca as a developed state, 10 years ahead of the national Vision 2020.

Hours after the launch, however, a coach with some 20 passengers stalled about 100m from the Hang Jebat station.

Operator Menara Taming Sari Sdn Bhd used a skylift to rescue the stranded passengers.

The project is a joint venture between the Malacca Historic City Council and state subsidiary Kumpulan Melaka Bhd and Agibs Engineering & Construction Sdn Bhd.

The Tourism Ministry has approved an additional RM13.2mil for the monorail phase two extension project under the 10th Malaysia Plan.

On Thursday, a visibly upset Mohd Ali said four engineers from China were trying to iron out the problems affecting the monorail.

“Some screws keep breaking and the rims of the wheels had to be replaced.

“We hope the engineers will be able to fix it within a week,” he told reporters after closing a refresher course for National Service trainers at Permata Resort Camp in Alor Gajah.

He said if the monorail continued to face problems, the state government would not buy additional monorails from China for the proposed extension project and would, instead, source them from Europe.

Menara Taming Sari chief executive officer Nazry Ahmad admitted the monorail had been out of service due to “several technical and mechanical problems”.

“We have been facing problems with the monorail on and off since it was launched. It is now closed to the public,” he said yesterday.

Ipoh New JUSCO !! Jusco station 18 will be open at 2012.. "largest" jusco in perak. LOL

IPOH: Team Keris Bhd has pledged RM4mil to spruce up the surrounding areas of the Station 18 commercial area in anticipation of the completion of Perak’s largest shopping mall.

A five-storey Jaya Jusco with an internal built-up area of 1.2 million sq ft is expected to be ready by February next year within the Station 18 area in Pengkalan.

”We will be widening roads and putting up traffic lights to ensure a smooth flow of traffic,” said Michael Tan, a director of Team Keris which developed Station 18.

He said upgrading the infrastructure there would take about three to four months.

Tan gave a press briefing yesterday to dispel market buzz about the exact location of the new Jaya Jusco.

He said Aeon Co (M) Bhd, formerly known as Jaya Jusco Stores Bhd, signed a sales and purchase agreement on June 28 last year with three parties which included Kemboja Iringan Sdn Bhd for the acquisition of the land.

Kemboja Iringan is a member of Team Keris.

”We are looking forward to the project because it will spur growth and create job opportunities in the surrounding areas,” he said.

He said the new Jaya Jusco was expected to provide a modern shopping environment for the estimated 500,000 households here and areas such as Batu Gajah, Papan, Tanjung Tualang, Pusing and Seri Iskandar.

”It would also add value to the properties in Station 18 and the Pengkalan area,” Tan said.

The first Jaya Jusco here opened in 1997 near Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah Utara.
