Why say so...

coz.. sometime lecturer ask us to do some report...

based on the journal...

heard is easy..

but normally the journal..

act i dunno what is it talking about...

using all those specific term...

doing specific experiment..

OMG...

it doesnt look like english...

just dun like look through the whole journal that full of words....

and need to digest it...

honestly... it is very difficult to digest it !!

not really know how to do act...

i prefer do PRODUCT REPORT....

or some report that is more "physically" one...

not like research....

习惯。。就好。。。最后的一星期。。。

其实。。。

很多东西。。

就觉得没问题。。

但最终没能顺利完成。。

成功了一半多点点。。

有点挫折感。。

最后因为没有坚持自己做完那program。。

虽然那时他做的program试过都会走。。

但present那时。总是找不出原因。。

之后。。真的走不到。。

如果我有试过但失败。。

至少。。甘愿。。

但没关系。。

因为。。。也习惯了。。

但还有一样东西。。

虽然习惯了好几年。。。

但。。

心还是不想去习惯。。

因为想要变！！

最后的冲刺。。

想起final四天连续考。。

还没习惯那个拉。。

EAC interview for accreditation.. the questions... relevant?

today...

after class...

suddenly being call by lecturer...

ask us go for EAC interview....

and it's really last minute...

call us STRAIGHT AWAY go to see the ppl incharge and will interview that time..

EAC= Engineering Accreditation Council, which is a council to accredited engineering courses 

OMG... how come we dun have anytime to prepare at all..

although we being tell that will call us on that day..

but i think not just before the interview...

when reach they... duno wat happen...

the staff bring me go into the room that having interview..

i though join that interview together..

so enter.

BUT.. the panel say that...

"we haven finish yet.. why u go in?

this really make me paiseh la....

then wait outside a while...

the panel go out...

say that..

wher is our student??

then only finding finding..

go interview 1st..

afterward..

（威南10日讯）农牧业专家指出，在中国发生的假鸡蛋也只是一场招生收学费的骗案，且还是一个无法达到制造蛋壳的假蛋案件。所以，至今为此，国际的市场上都没有假鸡蛋充斥市场的发生。
大马绿亨农业科技研究院发言人周启鸿说，针对假鸡蛋风波，槟州消费者协会应该要负起全责，因这场假鸡蛋闹剧让大马人成了国际第一大笑话。
他说，消协不但对鸡蛋原理的认知有限之外，且还在无检验报告下，召开记者会直指手中的鸡蛋是人造鸡蛋做出误导性的宣传。而卫生部、贸消部在这假蛋事件上，所做出的检验方式也无科学逻辑，他们的举动已向民众做出了错误的示范。
周氏也说，在假鸡蛋风波事件上，他感到很遗憾，事发至今却没有一个对鸡蛋有认知的人士出来讲话，还让这场“消协假蛋闹剧”越演越炽热。
他说，消协在无检验报告下，是不应该针对食物做出误导性的宣传。这场假蛋闹剧，消协应该要还蛋鸡业者一个公道，及对社会造成的混乱向民众道歉。
“蛋鸡业在食物链上扮演着极重要的角色，没有他们，人民就吃不到便宜鸡蛋。消协非但没帮助到蛋鸡业，却上演了一场幼稚笑剧。”
他是接受本报记者专访时，做出以上的表示。
无需检验真假 教导验新鲜度
该院另一名发言人陈荣源也向记者示范检验鸡蛋的方式，但他强调不是检验鸡蛋的真假，而是检验鸡蛋的鲜度。再说，至目前为此，市场上还没有出现有蛋壳的人造鸡蛋。
他是对近期卫生部、贸消部在检验鸡蛋的方式做出纠正及解说，以避免民众继续被误导。
新鲜蛋黄结实
针对有关官员示范后结论，指蛋黄翻转多次不会散开，而疑是问题蛋；针对这点，他解释说，当母鸡状态佳时及鸡蛋生产后不超过3天，蛋黄都可用手指捏起来。蛋黄容易散开是表示不够新鲜。
“蛋黄有一层保护膜，这层保护膜的厚度也是鸡蛋保鲜期的保证，也是鸡只状态佳的证明。这层保护膜越薄，保鲜期就短，蛋黄也易散化。如果蛋黄色泽偏白，就是鸡只状态不佳。”
饲料影响蛋味 鱼粉加重腥味
针对鸡蛋的独有味道，陈荣源说，这与母鸡吃的饲料有关，就如孕妇一样，母体吃进什么食物，胎儿就吸收什么营养的道理一样。
所以，每一粒鸡蛋的味道都不一样。只有臭蛋，才能用嗅觉闻到，其他的判断就要靠口感及触感来决定蛋的品质。饲料中有鱼粉，鸡蛋的腥味就重。
饲料影响品质
对蛋白如清水状，疑蛋是假的；他说，当鸡只吃的饲料不佳时，也会影响到鸡蛋品质及保鲜期，且蛋黄与蛋白也很容易分散，蛋白稠度不浓，有如清水般。
他说， 总括来讲，市面上的鸡蛋只有新鲜与不够鲜之分，而没有真鸡蛋或假鸡蛋。从外壳是无法看出一粒鸡蛋的鲜度。只有把蛋打开后，才能够判断其鲜度。
他说，最新鲜的鸡蛋，其蛋黄会隆起及蛋白较浓稠，在敲打时，泡沫也较多。蛋黄在日子久了就会呈扁状，蛋白就如清水。
