OMG... it's really a relaxing exam week...

back ipoh then immediately have ipoh-penang road trip...

1st time get a iPad during lucky draw...

1st time work so many part time....

1st time participate a large drama...

1st time having such relax class at the 7th semester...

get to win award during design week again. heheehe..

and get to knw lot of new frens =)

etc etc...

so many memorable thing and it is a great thing for me in my life

so i had a wonderful 2011...

so what's next for 2012?

1st wish is.....

change my occupation status from student --> engineer...

i am graduate soon !!! (hope)

stay healthy.... no matter me myself and my family and my frens =)

MERRY CHRISTMAS !!!

it's 1st time i pass my christmas at melaka..

normally christmas..

i also lazy go to celebrate..

due to the heavy traffic jam...

so 1stly want to thank mr yarth fetch me go out oh..

*but this time not really jam, no matter when we go out or go back*

mayb it's raining. or else, i bring a way that no traffic jam.. LOL....

at first.. had a dinner at AMIGO...

go eat so call christmas meal..

*but i ate ady.. so no eat again. ehehhe*

amigo turkey set.. ok ok la. ahahah

then second round go RED SQUARE...

eat the so call famous fried meat ball...

seriously.. not bad la...

worth trying..

but RM0.60 each.. a bit expensive ba..

so fast..
it's pass my semester 7. ahhah..
i think this is the semester that i feel "most nothing" that i experience..

seriously this semester.. busy for 3 period..

1. design week presentation (have to rush for 2 project at the same time)
but luckily my group member are very good..
thanks to them. ehhe..
act the problem is we work last minutes..
and before the competition is sem break.
so.. preparation time short a bit..

2. PSM presentation
erm.. coz.. i got no idea on my title...

really get confuse + blur for this..
last minute being reject idea..
so.. 1st time feel tension for it..
when i generate the idea....
(coz i am blur on it)
after that.. haahah...
it's done..

3. PSM report
act.. not really rush on it...
coz i do it slowly only. ahhaha.
while doing my report always fb + youtube + forum + chat + play..
waste too much time for it..
at last..
quite satisfied..

so now.. all my homework and lecture part is consider DONE !

that's those work at weekend and the pay is super high that kind..

last weekend just went to KL for work at Baby Fair...

work as a photoshop editor + sales + customer service..

super BUSY !!!

*but the paid is enough to cover my tiredness and busyness.. LOL*

act it's a baby photo contest.

and my company one of the shop that offer photograph taking.

then let customer choose the photo and submit..

for sure it's free...

but.. normally. dun have the REALLY FREE LUNCH in the world..

after the customer took photo..

there is someone persuade customer to buy the photo as memories..

when u saw the baby in the photo...

no matter how.

u have to say something..

FKM Design Day 2011... Yes ! another champion =)

act the whole week also got lot of activities is carried on..

just like the talk, the short course and etc etc..

since it's pass and i am not attending.. so no post about it.

i will post about the FKM design day ~ student exhibition =)

today.. 171111 is the 4th FKM design day i have i UTeM.

and it's my last design day...

this time we not being told the actual start time..

so.. we not really know wat time start to judge..

for me this good student..

sure go earlier..

reach at 8 something am..

but then competition start at around 10 something..

this competition week got 13 groups participant.

(if not mistaken, coz i calculate from the hamper, LOL)

quite lot of design...

some is really innovative..

some is not..

but we student, so it's in the estimation la.. ahahah..

we taking part in 2 competition..

1 is stirling engine, another 1 is the car design..

seriously we take part the 3rd year.

act design day ady not a new thing to us..

so.. we not really feel as excited as the 1st year..

everything we do just like simple simple..

*but still got some group really work hard on it.*

then now intro my project..

1st.. stirling engine...

this is under the heat transfer subject...

use the stirling engine to apply some application..

but. our engine not moving..

how we going to do application..

LOL..

this is our 1st time using machining do prototype..

a good try and good experience =)

and try out some hands work.. not bad

2nd is the rapid prototype, car design...

this is under rapid prototype technology subject...

at first plan use FDM to make it.

but at last the machine got problem.

we all sent to FKP for 3D printer...

here is the product with finishing..

but act.. i try to make another one..

but time constraint...

not enough time do the solid stuff...

so at last use my fren's design...

btw... at last success emerge as the champion also =)

lastly thanks to all my team member no matter Heat Transfer or Rapid Prototype =)

i learn a lot and gain a lot

Very fast... 7weeks of class is gone...
Now it's holiday!!!

This sem seriously i not burden like previous sem..
Or we being train become immune it?

Before this.. Just done heat transfer test..
How is it? Still ok la.. Hehe..
Then one on-going take home test for management..
Submit after break...
Another one test.. Rapid prototype..
Lecturer say very easy..
Hope so...

For now on my hand still got 2 project need to be done on the week after sem break..
It's design week...
Act worrying the time also..
For the stirling engine.. I think not much can do at hometown..
But for rapid prototype, i think i can done draw the car before come back melaka..

Then the plan back ipoh? Haven plan yet..

My Happiest Moment

erm.. when talk about happiest moment in my life...

and with a photo..

i really dunno about that..

because my life full of happiness..

i really cannot recall which one is the happiest...

so.. i have to open my photo album in my external hard disk..

and start search from my albums...

erm... during searching the happiest moment photo..

all my memories come out one by one...

(coz my photo already well arrange according the year)

it's really memorable..

no matter happy, sad, difficult.. all i already pass it !
time flies.....

and the i realize something..

the photo quality is important to record our memories..

the photo quality is being improve from days to days..

so the photo is better and better, but the size is increase and increase..

LOL..

(my photo folder for the year before year 2008 is just very small,

when reach year 2009, it start to increase...

and now 2011 some photo album exist 4gbs for few days trip)

so i realize that a camera is important...
i need a better camera !!!
after review the OLYMPUS PEN Lite E-PL3..
(the grand prize of this contest)
i really want this so much..
especially comparing to my phone camera...
coz what i want is light weight and easy for me to bring anyway.
and have a good photo quality..
this camera satisfied all of that...

after 1 hours plus searching the photo. finally i get few photos...

it's the moment when i still at secondary school..

the moment we are still innocent...

not going to worry anything..

(but that time normally worry on getting a girl fren. LOL)

the happiest moment is enjoy with our best friends...

that time is my school SMKJPP KRS gathering...

seriously..

we have some very good committee in my troop..

we are always work together, play together & enjoy together...

but the problem is..

we just have only 7 people which is going to commit..

so this 7 people have to work very hard to maintain the whole troop..

all the event seen like never stop and we are the one going to run..

we plan weekly meeting, activities organizing, school event and participate gathering..

although it's hard and tired..

but we pass it tired but happy...

7 of us was doing hard during the term...

during our term...

we stay overnight at each other house for competition..

we stay overnight at school for organizing event..

we didnt sleep whole night to rush for the documentary stuff...

we skip lot of classes for meeting with teacher and our members..

after all. when the moment we put down our uniform (retired)..

we finally can release all our burden..

another trip for this semester....

turkey....

seriously a very strange place for me.

never think to go ther before..

this is my 1st time take international flight..

wowowow...

feeling nice..

take around 8 hours from m'sia to Doha.

then transit take another 4 hours from doha to istanbul...

but 12 hours for me is quite long...

sit at the plane ther...

keep on zzz.. watch movie. eat.. hahaha..

when reach turkey..

the time difference is slower than m'sia 5 hours.

and we reach turkey at autumn.

the temperature is just around 20degree celcius....

after take a long flight reach istanbul..

we still have to rush to a small place call bursa..

we take bus.. then ride on a ferry....

the ferry is terrible cold at night..

especially face those wind....

after take a good rest..

i can experience the scene in the movie..

lot of pigeon is just behind me. heheh..

thing must do..

it's show the local road name that we dunno wat we write.

LOL

at Bursa,

we went to ulu mosque, green mosque (but under renovation), green mausoleum and the silk market..

ther is 3 sound can make a men relax.

then.. continue my journey on bus...

seriously.. spend lot of time in the bus...

coz turkey is really big...

normally we travel from one place to another place spend few hours...

it is DAY 3 at turkey and i am at pamukkale, i went to Cotton castle, the white colour is not snow but is calcium.. sound awesome.. right?

the place is really nice....

so sad cant have a bath ther...

*although the weather is cold, but the water ther is not cold but warm. heheh...

act at wooden castle also got lot of ruins...

but time limitation.. not really can see through one by one....

then.. go the ruins of Troy, it's the movie TROY, do u remember it? near that area have a large wooden Trojan horse, the tour guide say it just a "story" to attract ppl and it build 30 years ago.. hahahha

wake up early morning, take some sea wind beside our hotel... and take some photo tooo.. hehee..

then depart back to istanbul.. visit the istanbul's wonder...

we visit blue mosque, aya sofia mosque, topkapi palace, and etc etc.

then the final day..

is to visit the istanbul university and istanbul technical university..

and also our shopping day at grand bazaar and spice bazaar..

Istanbul university.. a government university in istanbul..

the tour guide from istanbul university. ms gamze...

then.. take the bus.. go to the next university...

afterward..

have our lunch nearby spice bazaar...

we found out a stall that sell thing quite cheap...

back hotel and have some food..

then go to another place...

quite far from istanbul..

around 20mins distance...

then night time.. have a drink.... =)

our 6 days 5 night turkey trip is done...

throughout the trip.

Ali Muhiddin Hacı Bekir was the most famous of all Ottoman confectioners. He came to İstanbul from the mountain town of Kastamonu in 1777 and opened a shop in the Old City where he concocted delicious boiled sweets and the translucent jellied jewels known to Turks as lokum - and to the rest of the world as Turkish Delight. Today, locals still buy their lokum from branches of the business he began over two centuries ago.

Aya Sofya is the great architectural landmark at the heart of Istanbul, with its four minarets poised like moon-bound rockets. Constructed in the 6th century AD as an Orthodox church, it later became a mosque and, since 1935, a museum. Basically a steam bath, in Turkish called Hamam is now-a-days the most relaxing way for the tourists who are on holiday in Turkey.

During the Ottoman times, turkish baths were places to socialize, to bath and to get together. It was when Europeans learned about Turkish Baths.
In especially Western Europe, it was Victorian era when Turkish Baths became the method of getting clean and relaxing.
The word "hamam" derives from hammam in Arabic which means heat. Turkish baths during the Ottomans started as annex buildings of mosques but very quickly turned into monumental structural complexes, especially with the works of the famous Ottoman architect Sinan.
Hamam consists of three rooms called "sicaklik" (hot room), the warm room and "sogukluk" (cool room).
Sicaklik is used for soaking up steam and getting massage. The warm room is for washing up with a soap and sogukluk is used for relaxing, dressing upand have a drink.
Turkish Baths have separated quarters for men and women. Especially for women, turkish baths were the best places to get together before weddings, holidays and such celebrations.
There are some accessories which are used in hamam, like pestemal, nalin and kese.
Pestemal is a piece of cloth made of silk or cotton, to cover the body, used as towels. Nalin is a wooden clog, worn in the Turkish Bath, to prevent slipping. Kese is a rough mitt for massage to take off the dead skin.

it is doing some survey/competition/contest to the public..
we need to find a place to approach customer..
before start this job.. i still think it's just easy..
with the target total 170 perday for 3 ppl..

after some trial..
it's DAMN DIFFICULT !.
as wat i did to other survey...
normally i wont respond to them.
coz too many ppl doing this kind of thing..
and some of the ppl wil cheat.
now. this kind of thing happen to me...

this time i really feel that this so difficult to workout..
so... here i really need my fren to help out fill my form..
find my fren MORE EASY than looking for public...

a bit sorry to my frens...
but.. i have no choice..
after some work hard.. only manage to get 60+ survey on each day..

become supervisor this time..
a bit pressure when face back to my incharge...

i cant believed that i took more then 700 photos on the whole trip...

1st part. is me lepak around KL area..

but so sad..

beside coorperate with other..

nanyang siang pau, super, yeo's, AEC and others..

quite a big event...

beside actually got the baby cute competiton, colouring compettion and etc..

but i didnt looking for it.. haha

around 4.30am.. start from my house go take the stock..

and follow another staff's car go cameron highlands..

reach ther early morning...

not much ppl actually..

but.. after a while..

start going to busy..

afterward..

btw.. cameron really cold at early morning...

total spending time actually not much...

but totally wasting time is quite a lot..

from 1st day blur blur start intern..

until now... final day to go...

(suppose end today, but think to earn another day's salary + going to return all the accessory + settle the other stuff)

honestly...

gain quite a lot of experience..

1. CNC milling process

really have a chance to operate the machine.. and today just set + edit program.. it's a nice try.. i think i can become little supervisor ady.. LOL

2. Quality Control

erm.. can get to know about those standard standard thing. got more chance refer on those drawing. so. it's help a lot for my design later. i think i can get more idea on the manufacturing process during design.

3. Programming CNC G CODE

act. i think it's more toward to self-learning.. coz dun have any special class or tutorial, just self look at those manual book/programming book.. then ask those experience ppl, because the ppl work ther also based on their experience, so sometime their info need to digest back and figure out again. and also need to google little bit and think among ourself. ahha...

4. CADCAM program - SURFCAM

seriously 1st time touch on this kind of software. and lastly, finally can do some program by CADCAM program... not bad not bad.. but the main source of learning is from a manual book also. LOL.. not much ppl in this company master it for now (going to have a more ex-supervisor come back work which is master on this), so.. wat i learn i think enough for normal normal programming la.. at least can move and can create a G-code by simulation.. dunno actual can run correctly or not la. ahha

5. Manual Milling skill

when become QC... me being "forcefully" lepak at the site.. so. spend sometime look at those manual milling set up.. it's really not same as CNC, manual manual really "manual", many thing need to adjust our self, take point and etc.. btw.. quite easy because just simply think of the dimension is enough. haha.. and also tried for the welding again.. (although my welding skill still bad).. hahaha...

故事开始于人生的转折点中。。

而刚巧，觉得与某歌词蛮贴切。。

陈奕迅的浮夸。。唱出了我心里话。

那时候我含泪发誓各位。必须看到我！！！

在我中一是。这的确是我的想法。

所谓人生有几多个十年。。

与其平平白白过我的生活。

我要成名!!!

启发我的。其实不过是单纯幼稚的一个想法。。

在中学看到那些高年级的学生。

有什么什么主席秘书，然后天天跑出来，之后又好像很多人都认识这样。

开始觉得。

人生啊。。

就是应该这样。

不然就真的做个可有可无。

消失了都没人知的人吗？

故事再跳去我小时候。

我的小时候。实在太普通。

问我童年回忆。。

我只能答: " I'm sorry..."

毕竟。能说的是。不外是电子游戏跟看戏。

最多加上一个给狗追得经历。

所以开始慢慢接触了“学会”与“人群”这两样东西。。。

虽然没有特别表现自己。。

但努力必定有拉。。

然后机会慢慢来找我了。。

就像发梦一样。。

回想起来。的确蛮神奇。。

以我无能无材的能力。

走到再这样的路。。

并做出了比较特别的事。

觉得生活中。。

而最传奇的。。

我的“小型演唱会”。。

我不会唱歌，不记歌词，不懂音乐。

就这样。上台表演了。。

那次应该是我第一次拿麦唱歌表演。。

也许是第一次真正的拿麦唱歌。

练习？不上几小时吧。。

而当时也没告诉谁我有表演。

但效果出来。

的确令我感动。

还有就是..
我junior之后跟我讲有老师笑到哭..

我享受的不是歌曲而是观众席的气氛。。

Internship @ MPI ~ lecturer come visit us...

after some hardworking...

*just some.. because not really spend effort on the log book and presentation...*

coz.. recently... i am too lazy.....

act plan to do my log book + presentation + draft report since a long time ago..

but then....

this world got lot of seduce...

normally... i on9 + watch drama...

on the day before presentation, i change my blog layout + theme..

then i format my phone...

so.. at last.. i only done my thing on 1am on the day of presentation...

but then... my brain keep on thinking other things...

so make me cannot fall asleep until 2 something....

luckily i still manage to wake up at early morning.. =)

when lecturer come... (around 10am)..

then we enter the meeting room to meet up with our lecturer..

then do the presentation....

and lecturer surprise that we have prepared a slide for it...

heheheh.... damn happy... =)

next.. through the presentation...

he ask lot of question...

but most of the question can be answered by 3 handsome intern trainee ther la. ahhaa..

but still got few cant....

next... lecturer text us on our cnc programming knowledge...

oh no.. i long time no think of it... how i can remember?

so.. we 3 ppl back up each other...

finally....

DONE !! hehehe... hiak hiak hiak...

after few more chit chat section...

he want to go back at 11.30am...

(we chat quite a long time act, hahaa... i can rest 1 and a half hour)

before he go back.. he ask us....

TRANSPORTATION

normally there is a Question come out from the newbie in UTeM...
we are not stay inside the campus.. how we go class?
UTeM prepared 18 buses for the transportation..
for shuttling service and also for the event purpose.
every hostel got 1 - 3 bus (see the capacity of the hostel) for every trip..
and every day got few trip..
*actual time table will know it when semester start.

and if UTeM got any activities, normally it will have a special bus on fetching all the participant going.. so no need worry also.. but if u have ur own transport, u also can bring it here. UTeM is allow motor or car drive into campus area.

for the Public bus..
Melaka Sentral is the intersection of all of the bus (if not mistaken)..

and melaka is having a Panorama bus service,

Is a loan for the student which study in higher education.. u may apply it before u enter university or after u enter university. NO NEED TO WORRY u cannot get the loan from it. just well prepare urself for the documentary stuff.

*normally will have few time submission of form for PTPTN in every semester. bring along ur document to the university will enough, if u haven certified, u can certified in UTeM also.

UNIT KEBAJIKAN, HEPA UTeM

Unit Kebajikan HEPA UTeM is a unit that help u to solve all ur scholarship or Loans and also ur welfare in UTeM.
1. If u having financial problem (really having problem), u can load RM500 in Unit Kebajikan without interest.
2. giving advise/consult on PTPTN and loan
3. If any incident(example accident, parent pass away or other) happen, can refer to unit kebajikan also.
so if u have any financial problem on paying the fee for UTeM, dun hesitate call the phone in ur surat tawaran ther... =)

What is MPP, MPP is Majlis Perwakilan Pelajar, or so call Student Representative Council. it's something like the politic, those Datuk and YB going to fight for ur welfare... so anything dun hesitate contact them also.

ORIENTATION (Minggu Haluan Siswa)

the most question student ask is the orientation.. so far as i know.. UTeM orientation is one of the BEST orientation in local university...

We are inviting Datuk Dr Sheikh Muszaphar Shukor, malaysia first astronaut for the talk during orientation.. beside, we got NO PHYSICAL TORTURING activites during orientation..

*but mentally torture for the talkssss still available.. LOL.. and this is the standard program of all the orientation.

something u need to take note:

1. Bring along ur sweeter because in the great hall maybe will very cold...

2. UTeM is smoke free campus.. DUN BRING ALONG CIGARATTE..

3. Wear proper attire, please follow the attire in ur book given. And for guy better dun dye ur hair.

4. During orientation, bring along ur lock(for locker/cupboard), extension wire, bed sheet and ur pillow (hostel is not provided). *if u didnt bring, i think wil have stall selling it also, no need worry..

5. Normally, last year orientation from monday to friday, so "maybe" got 2 day holiday after the orientation.. (not sure this year program how or need to move house after orientation or not)

6. Melaka is not a rural area, so u can go to shopping complex shopping during weekend, no need bring too much unnecessary stuff come..

7. UTeM hostel is apartment style, so it got room with living hall and share toilet with few ppl in ur house..

8. UTeM no need wear formal wear go to the class, so no need bring too much formal, but guys better bring collar t-shirt. normally need to wear collar t-shirt + long pant + sport shoes.

**but for lab, we need to wear labcoat (will buy after enter university) + long pant + safety boat, u can prepare after enter university

~orientation need to wear white colour formal shirt and slack. pls take note~

it's almost end of 6th week intern... lecturer going to visit..

very fast... my intern pass 6th weeks ady (still left 5 working hours)...
and now ady change my department..
from production line (operator) to QC..

the job scope is difference...
operator going to operate the machine.
learn a lot during that act...
i learn a lot regard the CNC milling and the tool and some basic knowledge..

next i request go into QC..
QC more on the measurement.
checking the thing whether out of tolerance or not...
learn some documentary...
then.. getting more idea on the drawing and etc...

during this.. i always hope that...

I CAN HAVE A BETTER SUPERVISOR...

but that company's supervisor really....
haiz....
so lot of thing have to figure out ourself...
i think this is the biggest disadvantage of the intern..
other still not bad....

then next next.. i wanted go into the PROGRAMMING !!!
(but also need to figure out myself)

before that... need to spend my time to do..
1. my log book.. (current progress 40%)
2. draft report.. (current progress 0%)
3. presentation.. (current progress 0%)
going to call my lecturer ask him when he want to come.

Before this.. my laptop is having a serious problem..

it's very hot although not running any program...

so.. after my investigation..

i think the problem is because of the fan part got lot of dust..

*coz i cannot feel any wind come out from the fan*

so.. i ask my fren hon meng help..

to settle this problem..

*actually before this i try to clean it myself... but failed... LOL*

1st... take off the bottom part 1st...

it got the harddisk, wireless card, ram and etc etc..

1st is going to remove all that !!!

then.. follow by the keyboard...

i just noe how to remove my keyboard only...

then..

and then..

remove the screen..

and it become... tablet...

NEW IPAD !!! LOL...

then continue to remove remove....

after 1 hour plus...

finally done it...

coz the design of the laptop..

it's not convenience to clean it up.. so spend lot of time..

to think how to take it off...

and then.. final step....

before cleaning...

can u see the dust near the fan??

then have to screw it back....

spend quite a long time to assembly back...coz..

if any cable not connected will cause the laptop got problem..

we had a steamboat lunch..

after ate the steamboat..

still got 7 egg left...

so we think how to settle it....

1. make a hole just pour it into the soup

but at last...

all the egg gone...

and cannot eat any egg...

so try the next...

2. break the egg and pour it all together.

at last... i only can see the egg York...

hahaha....

so... 3rd method !!

3. Korean style egg..

teach by the restaurant aunty..

firstly. pour the egg into a bowl..

then pour it slowly on a holed spoon..

let it cook on the boiled soup..

when u take the spoon up.. the egg is come out !!

and finally u can get lot of egg to eat...

this.. consider success...

we tried the MOST TRADISIONAL METHOD.....

put the whole egg into the soup...

wake up --> breakfast --> work(intern) --> lunch --> work again --> back home --> eat again --> on9 --> sleep--> next day again...

so nothing much to blog...

but now.. sharing some interesting thing during intern.. =)

currently work as operator..

according to my fren..

MPI is a "GYM"...

so that i will become muscle man..

but..

wat i did there normally is those key ware..

which the dimension is just "few cm x few cm"..

every material just not more than hundred gram.

so.. how can i train myself?

i should be happy or sad?

next... every job that i do should have a drawing and job order..

i successful spoil few thing in MPI.

1st.. is the machine door...

this is because i forget to take out the tool...

when the machine run....

then it collide with the door...

and it BREAK !

then they just go to put on some tape..

and it done..

LOL...

still got other..

coz no photo.. so just simply say la..

i run the machine myself..

then mistakenly collide with the workpieces..

coz running not correct..

this coz the tooling spoil and also the insert spoil...

then..

i reject lot of the product...

i think around 50 for now la..

hahaha...

now.. 4 weeks pass.. which is 1/3 is gone.. another 2/3 only... =)

when reach Cameron...

saw a car....

look NICE !!!.

then walk walk nearby de sounvenir shop..

beside the tea farm...

so sad.... raining heavy at cameron...

so... go have steamboat lo...

then step into strawberry farm....

inside the farm got a strawberry cafe..

here it is...

strawberry yugurt + honey with strawberry..

Strawberry muffin...

and few more.. but then.. dunno why many photo cannot upload...

at night.. yook yarth parent treat us go have dinner...

then have curry noodle before sent them to the bus stop..

代表美好的一天。。。

因为边驾车边拍。。

所以有点蒙。。

可是。。却带出。。

我超喜欢的感觉。。

是约了一个朋友出来吃晚餐后所拍的。。

那天聊得很开心。。

好久没这么傻这么的天真了。
